I have a 2005 Ford F150 pickup truck and someone shot a BB gun at the back glass last night, what a pain! I was shocked when I called the Ford dealer and they quoted me $740 for the glass itself plus installation. Man, what an expensive piece of glass!
I found this site by a Google search, probably as you did and used the free auto glass quote form they have here and found a replacement piece of auto glass for my truck for $199 installed! You can not tell the difference either, looks the exact same as the original glass did.
Why the heck was Ford so proud of their glass? I really don’t care if my glass was made in China or Utah, I just wanted it as cheap as I can and still look as good as the original one did.
I also got free mobile installation and they came to my house to replace it. What a deal!
So if you are looking for affordable auto glass or a windshield or rear windshield, you really should try the service on this site, you will be glad you did, trust me.

How can i repair window glass?
Because of a marble, we have a cracked (in a perfect circle) window. The window is the typical vinyl- trimmed type. Can it be repaired like auto glass or does it have to be replaced?

Scratches out of auto glass?
If they are very minor, you may be able to have the glass polished to remove the scratches. If they are deep, polishing will change the optical characteristics of the class, and cause distortion.
With deep scratches the only real choice is replacement
